Hassle-Free Returns:
We want you to be happy with your Hausome purchase! That's why we offer a generous 60-day return policy. You have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return and send it back to us.
What can be returned?
- Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return:
- Contact our friendly customer service team at contact@hausome.com. They'll guide you through the process.
What about damaged items?
- Please inspect your order upon arrival. If something is wrong (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), contact us immediately at contact@hausome.com.
- We'll help assess the issue and resolve it quickly.
Shipping Cost Responsibility: If the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if the wrong item was shipped, Hausome will cover the return shipping costs.
Change of mind returns:
- We accept returns due to a change of mind within 60 days of receipt.
- Items must be returned in original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring proper packaging to prevent damage in transit.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and approved, we'll refund the value of the returned goods to your original payment method.
- Please note, shipping costs will not be refunded (except in cases where Hausome is responsible as mentioned above).
- You'll receive an email notification once your refund is processed.
What can't be returned?
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
- The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and then place a new order for the desired one.
